IRCC provides an online tool so you can track the status of your application. You must have a client ID or UCI (unique client identifier) to use this tool.

If you do not have a client ID,  IRCC provides estimates of processing time by application type.

Note: Processing time begins after all required forms have been submitted.

To protect the interests of immigrants and visitors to Canada, the government regulates who is allowed to provide immigration advice. As a regulated immigration consulting business, Active Immigration Professionals (AIP) in Calgary is authorized to provide immigration advice for a fee. Although AIP is affiliated with Immigrate Simply, you can choose any member in good standing of one of the following professions to provide you with immigration advice for a fee:

• Registered Canadian Immigration Consultants

• Lawyers and Paralegals

• Chambre des notaires du Québec
